Position: Safety Manager

Location: Mirzo Ulugbek District, Rooms Coworking

Salary: Up to $3,500

Responsibilities:

• Manage Driver Qualification (DQ) Files.

• Ensure FMCSA & DOT compliance.

• Handle accident management and investigations.

• Conduct driver safety training.

• Administer the Drug & Alcohol Program.

• Prepare for DOT inspections and audits.

• Monitor and improve CSA scores.

• Oversee driver safety performance.

• Coordinate with insurance companies.

• Maintain and update company safety policies.

• Prepare safety reports and compliance documentation.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in trucking safety.

• Strong knowledge of FMCSA & DOT regulations.

• Experience with DQ files, CSA, and DOT inspections.

• Good organizational and communication skills.

• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
