Safety & Compliance Manager

Salary: Discussed during the interview
Work Experience: 1-2+ years

Responsibilities:

• Manage accident reporting, investigations, and claim coordination

• Oversee insurance renewals and maintain accurate documentation

• Ensure compliance with FMCSA, DOT, and other U.S. trucking regulations

• Monitor and improve CSA safety scores

• Coordinate dashcam implementation and maintenance

• Conduct driver safety coaching and performance reviews

• Maintain compliance records and prepare reports

• Identify and resolve safety and regulatory issues proactively

Requirements:

• Fluent English

• Knowledge of U.S. trucking compliance, including FMCSA, CSA scoring, HOS rules, and DOT regulations

• Strong Excel and computer skills

• Exceptional attention to detail, as even a single missed violation record can result in significant financial losses

• Previous experience in logistics, transportation, or compliance is strongly preferred

• Ability to work U.S. time zone hours from Tashkent

• Must be based in Tashkent and available to work on-site
