Responsibilities
- Real-time coordination and control of drivers and logistics processes
- Working with the Open Desk system and internal company platforms
- Route allocation and task execution monitoring
- Operational communication with drivers, clients, and internal departments
- Troubleshooting emergency situations and ensuring service quality
- Maintaining reporting and documentation
- Monitoring process efficiency and deadline compliance
Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years
- 1-3 years+ of experience as a dispatcher or logistics specialist
- Ability to multitask effectively
- High level of responsibility
