Recruiter (Cargo Van)

Work Experience: No prior experience required.

Requirements:

• IELTS certificate with an overall band score of at least 6.5 (Writing: minimum 6.0, Speaking: minimum 7.0).

• Fluent English is mandatory.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Outgoing personality with the ability to work effectively in a team.

• Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

• Basic computer proficiency.

• Willingness to learn and develop in the recruitment field.

Responsibilities:

• Recruit and communicate with potential Cargo Van drivers.

• Conduct initial candidate screening and interviews.

• Explain job opportunities and company requirements to applicants.

• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment documentation.

• Coordinate with team members throughout the hiring process.

• Provide timely follow-up with candidates and ensure a positive recruitment experience.
