• IELTS certificate with at least 6.5 overall

• Writing score: minimum 6

• Speaking score: minimum 7

• Age: 19–22 years old

• Fluent English is mandatory

• Should be outgoing and able to collaborate with teammates

• Good problem-solving skills

• Basic computer skills
