About the Position:

Responsibilities:

* Source and attract candidates through various recruitment channels

* Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews

* Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers

* Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process

* Update and manage candidate information in the recruitment system

* Prepare job postings and assist with recruitment campaigns

* Support the hiring process from sourcing to onboarding

Requirements:

* No prior experience required (training will be provided)

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Willingness to learn and develop professionally

* Good organizational and time management skills

* Responsible, proactive, and detail-oriented

* Basic computer skills
