We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to coordinate 2 high-impact international projects focused on developing and implementing modern professional skills assessment and certification systems in Uzbekistan. Requirements

• 3+ years of proven project management experience
• Background in vocational education (TVET), skills assessment, or professional certification systems
• Full professional fluency in English and Russian (Uzbek is an advantage)
• Strong track record in business correspondence, reporting, and high-level stakeholder communication
• Demonstrated ability to lead international meetings, partner negotiations, and expert working groups
• High organizational efficiency and proficiency in standard digital/office tools
