О работе
We are looking for a motivated, responsible, well-organized, and presentable female Personal Assistant to join our international team.
Requirements:
● Fluent communication skills in English, Russian, and Uzbek.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
● Professional appearance and well-groomed presentation.
● Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
● Good computer skills (MS Office, Google Workspace, etc.).
● Attention to detail, responsibility, and willingness to learn.
● Ability to communicate professionally with international clients and business partners.
Responsibilities:
● Assist the company management and managers with daily operations.
● Communicate with international clients and business partners in three languages.
● Attend meetings, business discussions, and negotiations.
● Record important conversations, discussions, and agreements.
● Prepare meeting minutes, reports, and documentation.
● Monitor assigned tasks and follow up on their completion.
● Maintain organized records of business information.
● Coordinate communication between management, managers, and team members.
● Maintain confidentiality of company information.
