OPS Manager

We are seeking a highly responsible and experienced OPS Manager to oversee daily operations within our trucking company. The ideal candidate will ensure that the fleet operates safely, efficiently, and profitably through effective coordination of drivers, dispatchers, and overall operational processes.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily trucking operations and ensure smooth workflow
• Ensure fleet operations are carried out safely, efficiently, and profitably
• Manage and support drivers and dispatch team
• Coordinate dispatching and operational activities
• Monitor performance and resolve operational issues promptly
• Maintain control over daily operational processes and ensure compliance with company standards

Requirements:
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Solid knowledge of the trucking industry
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to manage drivers, dispatchers, and daily operations effectively
