Monitoring & Quality Control Specialist | No Experience Required

Responsibilities:

• Monitor trucks and drivers through Samsara, including routes, restricted roads, and driving events.

• Monitor alerts throughout the shift and take appropriate action.

• Contact drivers to clarify issues and collect feedback.

• Review internal calls for quality and prepare reports based on findings.

• Record incidents, feedback, and reports for the responsible department.

Requirements:

• English: Confident spoken and written English.

• Russian: Fluent.

• Comfortable making calls and communicating with drivers.

• Polite, patient, and professional on the phone.

• Able to assess communication quality fairly and objectively.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to stay focused throughout the shift.

• Confident computer skills.

• Willingness to work night hours.

• Experience: Not required. Full training is provided.

Conditions:
