Middle QA Engineer

Join our team (React, NestJS, PostgreSQL) to ensure our web products are reliable and high quality: find bugs early and improve our release process.

Responsibilities

• Manual and automated testing of web applications
• Write and maintain test cases, test plans, and checklists
• Test REST APIs and verify data in the database
• Report, track, and verify bugs in detail
• Join requirement reviews and sprint planning
• Run regression testing before releases

Requirements

• 2+ years of commercial QA experience
• Strong testing theory: test design techniques, testing types/levels, bug life cycle, SDLC/STLC
• API testing (Postman, Swagger, or similar)
• Basic SQL for PostgreSQL data checks
• Test automation (Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium) in JS/TS
• Jira (or similar), Git, and browser DevTools
• English B2+
• Onsite work in Tashkent (no remote option)

Nice to Have

• Mobile testing (React Native, iOS/Android)
• CI/CD experience
• Performance/load testing

Interview Process

Technical, in two parts: (1) practical problem solving, such as writing test cases, finding bugs in a scenario, and logic tasks; (2) in-depth theory on testing, test design, API testing, SQL, and automation. We value candidates who understand why they test, not just how.

Compensation Details

• Salary: Discussed at the interview, based on skills and experience.
