About the Position:

Citifuel LLC is looking for a motivated and ambitious Junior Sales Agent to join our growing team. This role is ideal for candidates who have strong communication skills, excellent English proficiency, and are eager to build a successful career in sales. No prior experience is required—we provide the guidance and support you need to grow.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and reach out to potential customers through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation methods.

  • Qualify leads from paid and free websites, LinkedIn, Indeed, and internal databases.

  • Assess potential clients through phone calls, emails, and social media to determine whether they match target customer profiles, such as trucking companies and fleet owners.

  • Build strong relationships with prospects and warm up qualified leads for Senior Sales Agents.

  • Maintain accurate lead records in the CRM system and monitor sales pipeline progress.

  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, lead generation results, and performance metrics for the Sales Manager.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handoff and follow-up.

  • Stay informed about company services and industry trends to communicate effectively with potential clients.

Requirements:

  • No previous work experience required.

  • English proficiency at C1 level.

  • Russian proficiency at B2 level.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Confidence in speaking with potential clients over the phone.

  • Basic computer skills and willingness to learn CRM systems.

  • Self-motivated, responsible, and goal-oriented.

  • Ability to work evening and night shifts.
