HR Specialist (Trucking Company)

Location: Shayxontohur District
Work Format: Office-based (not remote)

We are looking for an experienced HR Specialist to join our trucking company and support our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, particularly in hiring truck drivers, and be able to manage the full hiring process from sourcing to onboarding.

Responsibilities:
• Recruit and hire truck drivers
• Create, publish, and manage job advertisements
• Screen candidates and conduct interviews
• Organize and oversee the driver onboarding process
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified drivers
• Coordinate recruitment activities with the operations team

Requirements:
• Experience in HR or recruitment (trucking industry experience is preferred)
• Previous experience recruiting and hiring truck drivers
• Knowledge of recruitment platforms and job advertising tools
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently
• Punctual and committed to maintaining a professional work schedule

Salary:
