О работе
Tasks
- Recruit and screen CDL drivers.
- Conduct interviews and driver onboarding.
- Maintain driver qualification (DQ) files and employment records.
- Explain company policies, pay structure, and benefits.
- Handle driver concerns, complaints, and conflict resolution.
- Support driver retention and engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate with Safety, Fleet, and Dispatch departments.
- Monitor driver satisfaction and provide regular feedback to management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and transportation regulations.
- Assist with orientation and training programs
Requirements
- Experience: 5-6 months
- Onboarding knowledge required
- Gender - ANY
