Requirements:
- Excellent English / Russian communication skills (written and verbal)
- Experience in HR
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
Responsibilities:
- Hiring the most suitable candidates for the company's needs.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for open positions
- Coordinate and schedule interviews
- Manage the hiring and onboarding process
- Maintain candidate and employee records
- Communicate with applicants throughout the recruitment process
- Assist with employee relations and HR-related inquiries
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Support workforce planning and staffing needs
