Truck Types: Cargo Van, Sprinter, Box Truck
Responsibilities:
Assist with recruitment and hiring processes.
Communicate with candidates and schedule interviews.
Review CVs and evaluate applicants.
Support onboarding and new employee adaptation.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Coordinate with the management team on staffing needs.
Requirements:
English proficiency at C1 level.
Russian proficiency at C1 level.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Organization, responsibility, and attention to detail.
Willingness to learn and develop in HR.
