Requirements:

• Minimum 3–4 months of recruitment experience

• Advanced English speaking skills

• Ability to recruit Owner-Operators

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Responsible, organized, and goal-oriented

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

• Source and recruit qualified Owner-Operators

• Conduct interviews and candidate screening

• Maintain communication with applicants throughout the hiring process

• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline

• Coordinate the recruitment process from initial contact to onboarding
