Position: HR Recruiter (Hiring Drivers)

Location: Fergana, Kokand

Requirements:

• Advanced English speaking skills

• Strong communication skills

• Sales skills and a results-oriented approach

• Ability to communicate effectively with candidates

• Willingness to learn and develop in recruitment

Responsibilities:

• Search for and attract driver candidates

• Communicate with potential candidates and conduct initial screening

• Present job opportunities and answer candidates’ questions

• Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
