HR Recruiter

WE’RE HIRING — HR RECRUITER. Ashton Bridge is hiring an HR Recruiter for U.S. trucking companies. If you speak English confidently, understand the basics of U.S. logistics, and are strong in communication, we want to hear from you. Recruiting experience is preferred, but not required. We are also open to candidates who have strong potential, learn quickly, and are ready to work for results.

Tasks

• Source and contact CDL Drivers and Owner-Operators
• Conduct phone interviews
• Evaluate driver qualifications
• Follow up with candidates
• Work with recruiting platforms and job boards
• Maintain candidate records in CRM and Google Sheets
• Support candidates throughout the hiring process
• Communicate with management and other departments

Requirements

• Confident English
• Basic understanding of U.S. logistics
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Results-oriented mindset
• Fast learner and responsible attitude
• Recruiting experience is a plus

Compensation Details

• Base Salary + Bonus for every successful hire
• Your income can grow based on your results

Schedule

• Location: Tashkent — In-office
• Schedule: 5:00 PM – 3:00 AM
• Working Days: 6/1
• Employment: Full-time
