• Conduct interviews to evaluate driver experience, safety records, availability, and career preferences
• Clear explanation of job opportunities, payment structure, home time, routes, equipment and company policies.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure a smooth recruitment process
• Build strong relationships with prospective drivers and provide ongoing support throughout the hiring process
