About the Position
We are looking for an HR Manager to support and manage the company's recruitment and hiring processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying qualified candidates, coordinating the hiring process, and ensuring all employment documentation is properly prepared and maintained.
Key Responsibilities

Recruit and hire office staff.

Post job openings and screen candidates.

Conduct interviews and coordinate the hiring process.

Prepare offer letters, agreements, and onboarding documents.

Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources or recruitment.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
