HR Manager

Location: Almazar District, Tashkent

We are looking for an experienced and organized HR Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, supporting employee onboarding, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

Responsibilities:
• Recruit and hire office staff

• Post job openings and screen candidates

• Conduct interviews and coordinate the hiring process

• Prepare offer letters, employment agreements, and onboarding documents

• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations

• Maintain accurate recruitment and employee documentation

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of HR experience

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and recruitment activities effectively

• Responsible, detail-oriented, and professional
