We are looking for an experienced and responsible dispatcher.
Responsibilities
- Dispatch Box Truck & Sprinter Van drivers
- Find and negotiate loads
- Communicate with brokers and customers
- Manage driver schedules and routes
- Track loads and provide updates
- Handle daily driver and broker communication
- Maintain accurate dispatch records
Requirements
- Previous dispatching experience required
- English/Russian communication skills
- Experience with Box Trucks & Sprinter Vans is a plus
- Knowledge of load boards and broker communication
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple drivers
