Fleet Specialist (PTI)

About the Position:
53 Group is looking for a Fleet Specialist (PTI) to join our Fleet team. In this role, you will ensure that drivers complete pre-trip inspections on time, identify potential vehicle issues, and help keep the fleet safe, compliant, and ready for the road.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide drivers through daily Pre-Trip Inspections (PTI).

• Review inspection photos and reports to identify defects or missing information.

• Report maintenance issues to the Maintenance team and follow up until resolved.

• Maintain accurate inspection records and prepare regular reports.

• Monitor PTI completion and ensure compliance with company standards.

• Communicate professionally with drivers and internal departments.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in US trucking (Fleet, Dispatch, PTI, or a related position) is preferred.

• Good command of English.

• Strong attention to detail and a responsible approach to work.

• Confident computer skills.

• Good communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
