О работе
Tasks
- Monitor daily truck status and escalate critical issues
- Maintain organized dashboards and checklists
- Maintain control of after-hours decision-making
- Maintain shift notes including: units down / repaired, pending issues, critical cases
- Ensure transparency and accountability across the shift
- Respond to breakdowns and arrange roadside assistance
- Monitor task completion and provide guidance when issues escalate
- Maintenance & Trailer Oversight
- Manage trailer availability, assignments, and status tracking
- Verify that no unit is sitting idle without action
Requirements
- Experience: 3+ years
