Fleet Specialist

Truckme is looking for a Fleet Specialist to support daily fleet operations and coordinate with drivers and internal departments.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor daily fleet operations

• Coordinate with drivers on operational issues

• Track vehicle status

• Maintain accurate records in CRM

• Communicate with internal departments

• Prepare operational reports

• Ensure compliance with company policies

• Support improvements in fleet efficiency

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Fleet Management or Logistics

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to work effectively with drivers

• English — C1

• Russian — B2
