Position: Fleet Specialist

Required Experience: At least 1 year of experience in Fleet Management or Logistics.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets

• Attention to detail

• Ability to communicate and work effectively with drivers

• English: C1

• Russian: C1

Responsibilities:

• Monitor daily fleet operations

• Coordinate with drivers on operational issues

• Track vehicle status

• Maintain records in CRM

• Communicate with internal departments

• Prepare operational reports

• Ensure compliance with company policies

• Identify opportunities to improve fleet efficiency
