Fleet Specialist

About the Position:

53 Group is looking for an experienced Fleet Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring fleet operations, coordinating with drivers, and ensuring that vehicles, maintenance, and documentation are properly managed.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor daily fleet operations and vehicle status.

• Communicate with drivers regarding schedules, assignments, and operational issues.

• Coordinate vehicle maintenance and repairs and follow up until all issues are resolved.

• Maintain accurate fleet records and documentation in the TMS.

• Prepare regular reports for the Fleet Department.

• Assist drivers with daily Pre-Trip Inspections (PTI).

• Review inspection photos and reports and identify potential vehicle defects.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in fleet maintenance within US trucking.

• Good command of English and Russian.

• Strong attention to detail and sense of responsibility.

• Confident computer skills.

• Proper CV with verifiable work experience.
