Knowledge of truck and trailer maintenance

Experience arranging and coordinating roadside assistance

Ability to handle maintenance and breakdown cases professionally

Understanding of preventive maintenance procedures

Strong organizational and communication skills

Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure
Responsibilities:

Coordinate truck and trailer maintenance

Arrange roadside service for drivers when needed

Manage maintenance-related cases from start to finish

Monitor and schedule preventive maintenance

Communicate with repair shops, vendors, and drivers

Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
