Fleet Specialist

Salary: From $1,000 (discussed during the interview)

About the Position:

53 Group is looking for an experienced Fleet Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will ensure the smooth operation of the company's fleet by monitoring vehicle performance, coordinating with drivers, and keeping maintenance schedules and documentation up to date.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor daily fleet operations and vehicle status.

• Communicate with drivers regarding schedules, assignments, and operational issues.

• Coordinate vehicle maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely completion.

• Maintain accurate fleet records and documentation in the TMS.

• Prepare reports for the Fleet Department.

• Guide drivers through daily Pre-Trip Inspections (PTI).

• Review inspection reports and photos to identify defects and maintenance needs.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in fleet maintenance within the US trucking industry.

• Good command of English and Russian.

• Strong attention to detail and a high level of responsibility.

• Confident computer skills.
