Position: Fleet Specialist (2 Openings – Main Shift & After Hours)

Location: Tashkent, Uzbekistan

Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience

About the Position:

We are looking for experienced Fleet Specialists to join our team. The ideal candidates will have strong industry knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle truck and trailer maintenance issues quickly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate truck and trailer repairs with reliable repair shops

• Maintain a strong network of trusted vendors offering competitive pricing

• Diagnose maintenance issues and arrange prompt solutions

• Organize emergency roadside assistance when needed

• Monitor repair progress and ensure timely completion

• Communicate effectively with drivers, vendors, and internal departments

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Fleet Specialist or in a similar role

• Established network of reliable repair shops and service providers

• Strong knowledge of truck and trailer maintenance

• Ability to respond quickly and efficiently to breakdowns

• Excellent communication and coordination skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
