About the Position

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Fleet Specialist to join our growing trucking company. The ideal candidate will have strong fleet management experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to make quick and effective decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage fleet maintenance and repair operations.

• Communicate and collaborate with repair shops and service providers.

• Source and procure truck and trailer parts.

• Process and manage payments for maintenance and other fleet-related services.

• Work with Penske and other fleet service providers.

• Analyze fleet statistics and performance data.

• Support daily fleet operations and ensure maximum vehicle uptime.

• Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments.

• Negotiate with vendors and service providers to achieve the best outcomes for the company.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in fleet management or a related field.

• Fluent English communication skills (IELTS Speaking Band 7 or higher preferred).

• Practical experience working with repair shops and maintenance providers.

• Strong analytical and statistical skills.

• Experience in sourcing truck and trailer parts.

• Knowledge of payment processing for fleet-related services.

• Ability to work with Penske systems and services.

• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.

• Excellent decision-making abilities under pressure.

• Advanced communication and negotiation skills.
