Fleet Specialist

Job Responsibilities:
Finding and coordinating repair shops for trucks and trailers.
Searching for truck and trailer parts.
Arranging and processing payments for maintenance and repair services.
Scheduling and monitoring preventive maintenance (PM) services.
Coordinating with repair shops, suppliers, and service providers.
Monitoring repair progress and following up on pending tasks.
Maintaining fleet-related records and updating Google Sheets.
Using Samsara to monitor and support daily fleet operations.
Managing daily tasks and resolving operational issues.
Requirements:
Fluent English is required (Russian is preferred).
Computer skills: Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and Samsara.
1–2 years of relevant experience.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Strong time-management and organizational skills.
High level of responsibility and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
