Financial Supervisor

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or related fields. Professional certificates (e.g., CPA, ACCA, or Intermediate Accountant) are highly preferred.
• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in accounting. Experience in manufacturing plants, processing factories, the textile/cotton industry, or cross-border trade is a major plus.
• Language Skills: Native or fluent in Chinese; Proficiency in Russian or Uzbek as a working language is highly preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in 1C Accounting Software (widely used in Uzbekistan), Excel, and ERP systems; familiar with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) or National Accounting Standards of Uzbekistan (NAS).
• Personal Attributes: Healthy and resilient, able to adapt to long-term overseas assignment; excellent cross-cultural communication skills and high professional ethics.

Responsibilities:

• Bookkeeping & Accounting: Responsible for the full cycle of accounting for the cotton ginning plant, including cotton procurement, processing costs, inventory, sales, and production cost analysis.
• Tax Compliance: Familiar with and execute local Uzbekistan tax regulations; responsible for the timely declaration of VAT, Corporate Income Tax, Personal Income Tax, etc.
• Treasury & Cash Management: Oversee daily cash inflows/outflows, bank reconciliations, foreign exchange compliance, and cash flow management; liaise with local banks.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare regular management accounts and financial analysis reports; communicate with the China headquarters and complete financial data reporting as required.
• Audit & Compliance: Cooperate with local tax authorities, external auditors, and headquarters' internal audit teams to ensure all financial processes are legal and compliant.
• Team Collaboration: Assist in supervising local accounting staff/assistants; maintain good relations with local government agencies and customs.
