We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Updater to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the logistics industry and strong communication skills to ensure smooth coordination between drivers, dispatchers, customers, and brokers.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact drivers daily to obtain load status updates

• Monitor pickup and delivery progress

• Check drivers in and out and accurately record statuses

• Update Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and customer/broker portals

• Collect, verify, and upload required documents, including:

  • Bills of Lading (BOLs)

  • Proofs of Delivery (PODs)

  • Lumper receipts

  • Other load-related documentation

• Confirm appointments and communicate any delays or schedule changes

• Notify dispatchers and management of operational issues and exceptions

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records throughout the shipment process

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in logistics, transportation, or a similar field

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Basic computer proficiency and experience working with online systems
