Position: HR / Recruiter

Job Requirements:

• IELTS 7.0+ overall, with Speaking 6.5+

• Strong English and Russian communication skills

• Previous experience in recruitment or HR for at least 6 months

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to communicate confidently with candidates and conduct initial interviews

• Responsible, organized, and attentive to details

Job Responsibilities:

• Contact and recruit CDL drivers

• Search for potential candidates through available recruitment channels

• Communicate with candidates and provide information about available opportunities

• Conduct initial communication and screening of candidates

• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process

• Coordinate the hiring process and ensure timely follow-up

• Keep candidate information organized and up to date
