Tasks

• Real-time coordination and control of drivers and logistics processes.
• Working with the Open Desk system and internal company platforms.
• Strong experience working with STREET and AMAZON loads.
• Route allocation and task execution monitoring.
• Operational communication with drivers, clients, and internal departments.
• Troubleshooting emergency situations and ensuring service quality.
• Maintaining reporting and documentation.
• Monitoring process efficiency and deadline compliance.

Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years
• 1-2 years+ of experience as a dispatcher or logistics specialist.
• Mandatory experience with the Open Desk system.
• Ability to multitask effectively.
• High level of responsibility.
