Requirements:

Minimum 1.5 years of experience as a Dry Van Dispatcher.

Hands-on experience with Dry Van dispatch operations.

Strong knowledge of DAT, Truckstop, and broker relationships.

Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Ability to manage drivers, loads, and daily operations efficiently.

English proficiency is an advantage.
