Position: Driver Recruiter

Location: Tashkent, Hamid Olimjon Metro Station

Experience: 6+ months

Salary: $500-$2,000

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in driver recruitment

• Ability to recruit Owner Operators

• Experience sourcing and recruiting qualified CDL drivers

• Ability to conduct driver interviews and background checks

• IELTS Speaking score of 6.5 or higher

• Male candidates only

Responsibilities:

• Source and attract qualified CDL drivers through various recruitment channels

• Recruit Owner Operators according to company requirements

• Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates

• Verify driver backgrounds and qualifications

• Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process
