О работе
Responsibilities:

Source and attract active and passive candidates through various recruitment channels.

Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and candidate evaluations.

Manage candidate pipelines and track onboarding progress.

Collaborate with department managers to define hiring requirements and recruitment goals.
Requirements:
-
1+ year of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
-
Experience in the logistics or trucking industry is a strong advantage.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Fluent English, both spoken and written.

Self-motivated, organized, and proactive approach to work.
