Driver Recruiter

About the Company:
E&O Global is a fast-growing trucking company operating a fleet of over 650 trucks across the United States. We are expanding our team and looking for a motivated Driver Recruiter to attract and hire qualified CDL drivers.

Responsibilities:

• Source and recruit qualified CDL drivers.

• Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews.

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of driver candidates.

• Guide candidates through the hiring and onboarding process.

• Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports.

• Collaborate with the operations team to meet hiring goals.

Requirements:

• At least 6 months of experience in driver recruitment.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Advanced English and Russian proficiency.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Goal-oriented, organized, and responsible.

Salary:

• Fixed salary: $1,000-$1,500

• Additional $250 bonus for every hired driver
