Dispatcher Without / Up to 6 month of experience

About the Position:

We are looking for a motivated Dispatcher to join our growing team. Previous experience in dispatching is highly preferred, but candidates without experience are also encouraged to apply, as full training will be provided. Responsibilities:

* Coordinate and manage drivers' daily loads and schedules

* Communicate with drivers and brokers to ensure smooth operations

* Monitor load progress and provide timely updates

* Resolve operational issues in a professional manner

* Maintain accurate records and update dispatch systems

* Build and maintain positive relationships with drivers and customers

* Ensure efficient communication throughout the transportation process

Requirements:

* Dispatching experience is preferred but not required

* Willingness to learn and develop new skills

* Strong communication and organizational skills

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

* Responsible, proactive, and detail-oriented

* Basic computer skills
