Position: Dispatcher
Load Type: Street loads only
Amazon: No Amazon loads

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate daily operations for assigned drivers and trucks.
• Search for and book suitable street loads according to the company's requirements.
• Communicate with drivers throughout their trips and provide necessary operational support.
• Monitor load status, pickup and delivery schedules, and ensure timely updates.
• Negotiate with brokers and coordinate load details when required.
• Handle day-to-day dispatching tasks and resolve operational issues.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure that all relevant information is properly updated.
• Coordinate multiple trucks efficiently while maintaining consistent communication with drivers.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a dispatcher in the US trucking industry.
• Experience managing 9–12 trucks at a time.
• Experience with street loads and broker negotiations.
• Fluent English and Russian.
• Ability to work on-site according to the specified schedule.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced dispatching environment.
