Position: Dispatcher

Experience: 3 years of dispatching experience

Driver Capacity: 1 dispatcher handles 9–12 trucks

Load Type: Street loads only

Amazon: No Amazon loads

Work Format: On-site only; remote work is not available

Schedule: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM

Compensation: Fixed salary + KPI: 5% of profit

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate daily operations for assigned drivers and trucks.
• Search for and book suitable street loads according to the company’s requirements.
• Communicate with drivers throughout their trips and provide necessary operational support.
• Monitor load status, pickup and delivery schedules, and ensure timely updates.
• Negotiate with brokers and coordinate load details when required.
• Handle day-to-day dispatching tasks and resolve operational issues.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure that all relevant information is properly updated.
• Coordinate multiple trucks efficiently while maintaining consistent communication with drivers.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of professional dispatching experience.
• Proven experience managing 9–12 trucks per driver/dispatcher workload.
• Experience with street loads.
• Ability to work on-site according to the specified schedule.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced dispatching environment.

Compensation Structure: Fixed salary + KPI based on 5% of profit.
