Dispatcher

Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with drivers;
• Communicate with drivers and provide daily operational support;
• Achieve weekly performance targets for Gross Revenue and RPM;
• Plan and coordinate loads efficiently;
• Ensure timely updates and resolve operational issues.

Requirements:
• Previous dispatching experience in the US trucking industry;
• Proven ability to achieve at least $10,000 Gross and 2.9 RPM;
• Fluent in English, Russian, and Uzbek;
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills;
• Responsible, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
