Job Title: Dispatcher

Location: Glinka Gai, Tashkent

Employment Type: Full-time, Main Shift (On-site Only)

Salary: Fixed salary + commission (to be discussed during the interview)

Experience: Minimum 3 years

Responsibilities:

• Dispatch Dry Van and Power Only loads.

• Negotiate rates and communicate with brokers.

• Manage OTR and Regional freight.

• Ensure on-time deliveries and efficient operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of dispatching experience.

• English level: C1 or higher.

• Experience with DAT.

• Existing relationships with 5–10 brokers.

• Experience with Dry Van and Power Only freight.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

• Responsible and detail-oriented.

Important:

• On-site only. No remote work.
