Position: Dispatcher

Location: Tashkent, Uzbekistan

Employment Type: Full-time (Office-based)

Requirements:

• At least 1.5 years of dispatching experience.

• Fluent English (spoken and written).

• Strong experience working with Amazon Relay and DAT Load Board.

• Experience dispatching Dry Van and Power Only (PO) loads.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Strong problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple loads efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and dispatch loads for drivers.

• Negotiate rates with brokers and maintain strong business relationships.

• Monitor shipments and ensure on-time pickup and delivery.

• Resolve transportation issues promptly and professionally.

• Maintain accurate dispatch records and provide regular updates to drivers.
