Dispatcher

Location: Almazar District, Tashkent

We are looking for an experienced Dispatcher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a solid understanding of transportation and logistics operations.

Responsibilities:
• Plan and assign loads efficiently
• Communicate with drivers and brokers to ensure smooth operations
• Monitor shipments and track delivery progress
• Resolve route, scheduling, and delivery-related issues
• Maximize truck utilization and operational efficiency
• Ensure on-time pickups and deliveries
• Maintain effective coordination between all parties involved in the transportation process

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of dispatching experience
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
