About the Position
OctolaneDispatch is looking for a Dispatch Specialist to join our team. We work with owner-operators operating cargo vans and sprinter vans. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating loads, communicating with drivers and brokers, and supporting daily dispatch operations.
Requirements

At least 6 months of dispatching experience

Fluent Russian and English

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Attention to detail and responsibility in daily operations
Compensation

15%–20% of the profit
