- Supervise dispatch team
- Oversee daily trucking operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Improve existing dispatch system
- Manage and support drivers and dispatch team
- Monitor truck and driver performance
- Coordinate dispatching activities
- Coordinate between departments
- Monitor performance and resolve operational issues
- Maintain control over daily operational processes and ensure compliance with company standards
Requirements
- Work Experience: 4+ years
- Strong leadership
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Proven knowledge of the trucking industry
- Strong organizational skills
- Responsible, detail-oriented, multi-tasking, respectful, stress resistant
- Gender: male
- Age: 25+
